Hi Rebecca, I'm really sorry for the bad news. GEOX or Geo-MPEG 4 are proprietary codec for the Geovision security systems. Those security systems are for the Windows machines and that codec is released ONLY for Windows. I've searched many places and couldn't find a single one for Mac.
